Marcelo Antônio: Contemporary philosophy is characterized by pessimism, but this should not be seen negatively, why not?
Bruna Milene: This pessimism does not come from philosophy but from society, as citizens are treated individualistically today, feeling completely oppressed. By what the social environment imposes, and one of these impositions is the insertion of the capitalist protection mode. For this reason, current philosophy deals with themes like human anguish and despair. After all, we live in a moment of human isolation, surrendered to the exploitation of a society that only sees them as a means to benefit itself through their labor.
