Hávyla Nayara Esteves de Souza, 21 years old, was found dead inside her own residence in Goiânia on April 6, 2011.
The young dreamer left her family in the interior and moved alone to the capital of Goiás to fulfill her dream of studying nursing. She was in her final year of the course when she was found strangled inside her own residence in Jardim Europa, Goiânia.
According to the police, Hávyla Nayara was found lying next to the bed with signs of strangulation. The victim's car, TV, and computer were stolen. The police are working with the hypotheses of a crime of passion and robbery followed by death. No suspects have been disclosed yet. Her vehicle and bag were found in different locations.
A final-year nursing student, beautiful and young, Hávyla even appeared in TV commercials. She was last seen at the gym she frequented. Her parents, who live in Goianápolis, kept in daily contact with their daughter. On Wednesday night (04/06), the victim's mother tried to contact her without success. The next morning, the parents traveled to the capital to check what had happened. Upon arriving at Hávyla's house, where she lived alone, her mother noticed that the car was not in the garage and that the residence was locked. The mother then hired a locksmith to open the door and upon entering, saw her daughter, already lifeless, lying next to the bed. The police believe the young woman was killed on Wednesday night.
To this day, the police have not presented a solution to the case, and the family cries out for justice.

During the investigation, the judge allowed "judicial secrecy," and what was the result? Society judged that cartoonist Glauco had a sect involving drug use, and that Cadu was a young man driven mad by it all. The judge had good intentions,

But society judges its peers and fellow human beings and thirsts for the real truth.
   No civilized person would forgive Guilherme de Pádoa for having killed [[Daniella Perez]], justifying it by saying the young woman had an affair with him while he was married. Or accuse Bob Marley of being a drug addict. It is those with petty minds who judge everything and everyone, except themselves, of course.

The good man repudiates the attempt to turn ordinary people into saints.

'If' Daniella Perez had an affair with [[Guilherme de Pádoa]], this in no way justifies the crime, nor does it devalue the young woman and make her inferior to anyone else in this world. And we all know that Hávyla Nayara is not a saint. (I am not! And are you who are reading this article?)

A jovem sonhadora deixou a família no interior e foi morar sozinha na capital goiana para realizar o sonho de cursar enfermagem.Ela já estava no último ano do curso quando  foi encontrada estrangulada dentro da própria residência, no Jardim Europa, em Goiânia.
Segundo a polícia, Hávyla Nayara estava caída ao lado da cama e com sinais de estrangulamento. O carro, uma TV e o computador da vítima foram roubados. A polícia trabalha com as hipóteses de crime passional e latrocínio. Ainda não foram divulgados os possíveis suspeitos. O veículo dela e a bolsa foram encontrados em regiões diferentes.
Estudante do último ano do curso de Enfermagem, bonita e jovem, Hávyla chegou a fazer comerciais para TV. Ela foi vista pela última vez na academia que frequentava. Os pais, que moram em Goianápolis, mantinham contato com a filha diariamente. Na noite de quarta-feira (06/04), a mãe da vítima tentou contato sem sucesso. Na manhã do outro dia, os pais viajaram até a Capital para verificar o que tinha acontecido. Ao chegar na casa de Hávyla, que morava sozinha, a mãe notou que o carro não estava na garagem e que a residência estava trancada. A mãe então solicitou um chaveiro para abrir a porta e ao entrar viu a filha, já sem vida, caída ao lado da cama. A polícia acredita que a jovem tenha sido morta na noite de quarta-feira.
A polícia até hoje não apresentou uma solução para o caso e a família clama por justiça.

   15 de maio de 2011 - cheio de mistério o caso Hávyla Nayara segue. Nas redes sociais e blogs muitas são as postagem pedindo para que ninguém comente como foram as circunstancias da morte.

O sigilo em investigações de justiça em crime de homicídio nunca foi bem visto, lembram vocês do assassinato do [[cartunista Glauco]], e seu filho em 12 de março de 2010, nas investigações o juíz permitiu o "sigilo de justição", e qual foi o resultado? A sociedade deu um veredito, em que o cartunista Glauco teria uma seita com uso de drogas, e que Cadu era um jovem enlouquecido por tudo aquilo. O juíz tinha boa intensão,

"O sigilo visa preservar a privacidade e a intimidade do acusado, de sua família e da família das vítimas e caso estes autorizem a publicização do feito, reavaliarei oportunamente esta decisão", diz despacho assinado por juiz federal Mateus de Freitas Cavalcanti Costa, da 2ª Vara Criminal Federal de Foz do Iguaçu (PR).

Mas a sociedade julga seus pares e semelhantes, e tem sede pela verdade real.
   Ninguém civilizado perdoaria Guilherme de Pádoa por ter matado [[Daniella Perez]], justificado pelo fato de que a moça tivesse um caso com ele enquanto casado. Ou acusariam Bob Marley por ser um viciado em drogas. São os de mente mesquinha que julgam a tudo e a todos, menos naturalmente elas.

O homem de bem repudia e a tentativa de transformar pessoas comuns, em santos.

'Se' Daniella Perez teve um caso com [[Guilherme de Pádoa]], isto em nada justifica o crime, tão pouco desvaloriza a moça e a coloca inferior a qualquer outra pessoa deste mundo. E todos nós sabemos que Hávyla Nayara não é uma beata. (Eu não sou! E você que está lendo este artigo é?)

Segundo o delegado adjunto da Delegacia de Homicídios, Charles Ricardo, as investigações estão sendo realizadas sob as hipóteses de latrocínio e crime passional. “Ainda estamos traçando o perfil da vítima, e com quem ela manteve contato nos últimos dias.” Segundo ele, não há sinais de arrombamento, nem de luta corporal, o que indica que o suspeito teria acesso à casa.“Nenhuma hipótese pode ser descartada.”

O veículo da vítima, que havia sido roubado, foi encontrado abandonado na tarde de ontem no Setor Faiçalville e a bolsa ainda com os pertences e documentos foi localizada na faculdade na qual estuda. Segundo o delegado, alguém teria achado a bolsa e ao verificar os documentos teria encontrado uma carteirinha da faculdade.
