Andre Braugher dies at 61.
The actor, who starred as Captain Raymond Holt in the hit comedy Brooklyn Nine-Nine and as Detective Frank Pembleton in Homicide: Life on the Street, has died at the age of 61. The actor died on Monday, the 11th.
He won an Emmy for his portrayal of the tenacious and arrogant detective Frank Pembleton in 1998.
A role I always remember was Cassiel in City of Angels (1998).
He passed away due to a recently discovered lung cancer.
He leaves behind a legacy of talent, a wife, and three children.
