
When a Brazilian arrives in the United States, they are received like a dog, or rather, like a stray dog. They are disrespected, humiliated, beaten, and murdered. Few speak well of them, not to mention the contempt and prejudice they suffer for dreaming of a "better life." Even more so if they are Black; then it's all lost, they suffer triple the hardship.
