MARIA APARECIDA VINHAL - Legislative Decree no. 178/2006 of November 28, 2006 - born in Hidrolândia 81 years ago, she never shied away from the fight and providing services, especially in Vila Nossa Senhora do Perpétuo Socorro in Abadia de Goiás. She founded the Municipal School of the Village, was a lay teacher and taught children to read and write, gave painting, embroidery, cutting, and sewing classes, all free of charge for the community. And currently, her dream is to acquire a headquarters to continue her work and accommodate all her students. Name proposed by councilman Willian Antônio de Andrade.
