Santander charges high fees and ignores customer complaints!

I have a 200.00 limit on my Real Master card. After reaching this limit, my account balance became zero. One day, two checks were cashed. Since I didn't have enough funds to cover them, the bank cashed these checks, considering it had the right to pay on behalf of its client. After paying them, my account went into negative balance. When the account is in this situation, the bank charges the DEPOSITOR ADVANCE FEE. If the next day the bank pays another check, withdrawal, or other debit, the fee is charged again, and so on. This is a HUGE, DISTRESSING, AND WORRYING PROBLEM for me.

What I believe is right is that if I don't have money in my account, the bank should only charge what the law dictates: Annex to Res. 1.682, art. 6, corresponding to reason 11 - NSF check - 1st presentation, a fee of only 0.35, and Serasa should notify the check holder so they can arrange for payment. There's a deadline for this to happen and be resolved. However, BANCO REAL does not comply with this determination, and simply for reasons it claims to me, it states that I am a GOOD CLIENT and therefore it doesn't allow checks to be returned to my account.

To be treated as a GOOD CLIENT, there must be a better proposal for the client in these cases.

I have already contacted the Central Bank. There is a complaint filed against the institution, and I am waiting for the bank's response. According to the BCB attendant, this situation, which gives the bank the right to charge, must be stated in the account opening contract.

I went to the branch, read the contract, and there is nothing related to this.

I really need this to be resolved because this cannot be happening only to me. I want the bank to stop this circus. And offer me something convenient.

(Complaints ignored by the bank) source: http://www.reclameaqui.com.br/562113/santander-banco-real/adiantamento-a-depositante/

Well, I really think this bank is garbage. They charge this fee twice a month or even more. I want this to be refunded to my account. It's absurd for a large bank to do something like this! Of course, to profit and get rich at the expense of fools!!!!! Solve this or I will have to solve it my way!!!
